INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 14½ oz pineapples
- ⅓ cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper

- 1 wooden spoon

STEPS
Destalk red and green bell peppers, then chop them.
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a bowl.
Chop pineapple into chunks.
Heat a saucepan and add vinegar. Stir in soy sauce, pineapple, and granulated sugar mixture for 2 minutes with a wooden spoon.
Add red bell peppers and green bell peppers to the saucepan. Stir the mixture for 3 minutes on low heat to get a thickened sauce.
Transfer sweet and sour sauce to a bowl.
