- 11 oz vegetarian blue cheese
- 4 oz butter
- 1½ oz walnuts
- 1 oz dried apricots
- 1 knife
- 1 whisk
- 1 cling film
- 1 grater
- 2 bowls
- 3 ramekins
- 1 fridge
Chop walnuts and dried apricots.
Grate vegetarian blue cheese with a grater.
Combine butter and grated vegetarian blue cheese in a bowl with a whisk to get cheesy butter.
Add walnuts and apricots to the cheesy butter, then divide the mixture into ramekins. Cover with cling film and chill in the fridge for 120 minutes. Take out apricot and stilton pots from the fridge, then remove cling film.
It’s ready to be served !
