INGREDIENTS

  • ½ oz cooking spray
  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • ¼ tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 dash nutmeg

TOOLS

  • 1 baking pan
  • 1 hard brush
  • 1 knife
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 brush
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 oven

STEPS

Scrub sweet potatoes with a hard brush.


Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges.


Combine margarine, seasoning salt, and nutmeg in a bowl with a spoon.


Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Lay wedged sweet potatoes on it and brush with the margarine mixture.


Preheat the oven to 450°F for 12-15 minutes.


Put the baking pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
