INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cups basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • An eighth cup lemons
  • An eighth cup olive oil

TOOLS

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 food processor
  • 1 grater

STEPS

Grate parmesan cheese with a grater.


Peel garlic.


Squeeze lemons with a squeezer.


Put basil, garlic, pine nuts, and parmesan cheese in a food processor. Blitz the mixture, then transfer it to a bowl. Stir in olive oil and lemon juice with a spoon to get basil pesto.
