INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz meatless burgers patties
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1¼ cups vegan cheddar cheese
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • ¼ head broccoli

TOOLS

  • 1 skillet
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 grater
  • 1 colander
  • 1 knife
  • 1 serving plate
  • 1 nonstick pan
  • 2 plate

STEPS

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatless burger patties to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.


Crumble the meatless burger patties with a wooden spoon.


Cook the crumbled burger patties for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Then remove from the heat to get beyond meat crumbles.


Shred the vegan cheddar cheese with a grater.


Rinse the black beans.


Drain the rinsed black beans in a colander.


Cut the broccoli into florets.


Place the flour tortillas on a plate. Top with shredded vegan cheddar cheese, drained black beans, beyond meat crumbles, and broccoli florets. Then fold to get stuffed tortillas.


Drizzle avocado oil over a nonstick pan and turn on the heat.


Add the stuffed tortillas to the nonstick pan and toast for 3 minutes.


Flip the stuffed tortillas with a wooden spoon and toast for 2 minutes. Then remove from the heat.


Transfer to a serving plate.
