INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ lb blue cheese
  • ⅓ cup red onions
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 half lemon
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • ⅓ cup parsley
  • 8 water crackers

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 crusher
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 cling film

STEPS

Peel and chop the red onions.


Squeeze the lemon with a squeezer to get lemon juice.


Peel the garlic.


Crush the peeled garlic with a crusher.


Chop the parsley.


Put the chopped red onions, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, yellow mustard, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix with a spoon for 2 minutes. Then add the blue cheese and mix again with a spoon until well combined.


Cover with cling film and set aside for 120 minutes. Then remove the cling film and serve with water crackers.
