INGREDIENTS

  • 5 stalks broccoli
  • ¾ red onions
  • ¾ cup raisins
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar

  • 2 bowls
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 wooden spoon

STEPS

Chop broccoli stems and heads. Then, peel and slice red onions.


Combine broccoli stems and heads with onions, and raisins in a bowl with a wooden spoon.


Put mayonnaise, granulated sugar, and cider vinegar in a bowl. Whisk to get a creamy dressing.


Drizzle the dressing over the broccoli and mix with a wooden spoon. Transfer the broccoli salad to a platter and sprinkle sunflower seeds over it.
