INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups cantaloupes
  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 2 tbsp spearmint
  • 3 oz feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp limes
  • 1 tbsp safflower oil
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tsp honey

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 mixing spoon

STEPS

Cut cantaloupes, watermelon, and feta cheese into cubes. Then, chop spearmint and walnuts.


Squeeze limes with a squeezer.


In a bowl, combine safflower oil, honey, and lime juice with a whisk. Stir in the cantaloupe and watermelon. Add spearmint, walnuts, and feta cheese to the bowl. Mix everything with a spoon.
