INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 7 oz hummus
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 handful arugula

TOOLS

  • 1 spoon
  • 1 grater

STEPS

Grate carrots with a grater.


Spread hummus onto a whole wheat tortilla with a spoon. Add grated carrots, arugula, and a quarter tsp of salt to the tortilla, then roll it up.
