INGREDIENTS
- half tsp salt
 - 1 head cauliflower
 - 2 tbsp butter
 
TOOLS
- 1 knife
 - 1 bowl
 - 1 skillet pan
 - 1 wooden spoon
 - 1 food processor
 
STEPS
Cut the cauliflower in half lengthwise. Trim the cauliflower halves, then cut them into small pieces.
Transfer the cauliflower pieces to a food processor. Then add half a tsp of salt and blitz for 2 minutes to get a cauliflower mixture.
Put the butter in a skillet pan and turn on the heat. Add the cauliflower mixture to the skillet pan and stir with a wooden spoon. Cook for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and transfer the contents of the skillet pan to a bowl.
It’s ready to be served !
