- 11 oz cheddar cheese
- 5 oz light mayonnaise
- 3 tsp yellow mustard
- half oz chives
- 1 grater
- 1 knife
- 1 food processor
- 1 bowl
Grate the cheddar cheese using a grater.
Chop the chives.
Put the grated cheddar cheese, light mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and chopped chives into a food processor and blitz for 2 minutes. Then transfer the contents of the food processor to a bowl.
