INGREDIENTS

  • half lb feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried mint
  • a quarter tsp cayenne pepper
  • 6 pepperoncini pepper pickles

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 food processor
  • 1 bowl

STEPS

Peel and chop garlic, then dice pepperoncini pepper pickles.


Combine feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, dried mint, cayenne pepper, and diced pepperoncini pepper pickles in a food processor. Blitz for 3 minutes to get a cheese mixture.


Transfer the cheese mixture to a bowl.
