INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 oz powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • 4 oz butter
  • 5 oz cane sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 oz all-purpose flour

  • 1 spoon
  • 1 microwave
  • 1 microwavable bowl
  • 1 tin
  • 1 fork
  • 1 oven
  • 1 bowl

STEPS

Crack an egg in a bowl and beat with a fork.


Combine the beaten egg, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl with a spoon to get a cheese mixture.


Put dark chocolate and butter in a microwavable bowl. Heat the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute.


Add cane sugar to the chocolate.


Mix the contents of the microwavable bowl to get melted chocolate.


Transfer the melted chocolate to a bowl and add all-purpose flour to it.


Stir brownie mix with a spoon to get a batter.


Spread 0.67 of the brownie batter in the tin and spread the cheese mixture over it, then pour the rest of the brownie mix on top.


Preheat the oven to 390°F for 12-15 minutes.


Put the tin in the oven and bake for 30 minutes to get chocolate brownies.


Remove the baking tin from the oven and let it cool before serving.
