INGREDIENTS

  • a quarter tsp black pepper
  • a quarter cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • half tsp salt
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 5 tbsp olive oil

TOOLS

  • 1 blender
  • 1 jar

STEPS

Combine cider vinegar and yellow mustard in a blender. Add salt, maple syrup, black pepper, and olive oil to the blender. Blend the mixture for 2 minutes to get cider vinaigrette.



Transfer the cider vinaigrette to a jar.
