INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup parsley
  • a quarter cup cider vinegar
  • three quarters cup olive oil
  • half tsp hot sauce
  • 1 pinch granulated sugar

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 food processor
  • 1 glass jar
  • 1 jar lid
  • 1 fridge

STEPS

Peel and mince garlic.



Blitz the minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, cilantro, and parsley in a food processor. Blitz in the cider vinegar and half of the olive oil. Finally, in the food processor, combine the remaining olive oil, hot sauce, and granulated sugar to make a dressing.



Place the dressing in a glass jar and seal with a lid. Allow it to chill in the fridge for 3 hours. Remove the jar from the fridge and give it a good shake.
