INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp celery seeds

STEPS

Combine mayonnaise, granulated sugar, rice vinegar, whole milk, salt, celery seeds, and mustard powder in a food processor. Blitz the mixture to get a coleslaw dressing.


Transfer the coleslaw dressing to a container and cover it with a lid, then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
