INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp garlic salt

STEPS

Put whole milk in a saucepan and heat it up. Then stir in the all-purpose flour, butter, garlic salt, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes before whisking for 2 minutes.
