INGREDIENTS

  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 fridge
  • 1 pan
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 serving plate

STEPS

Put the all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt in a large bowl and mix with a spoon to get a dry mixture.


Crack the eggs in a slotted spoon to get egg whites, then place them in a bowl.


Add the whole milk and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix with a hand blender to get a fluffy mixture.


Add the fluffy mixture to the dry mixture and mix with a hand blender to get a batter.


Refrigerate the batter for an hour, then remove from the fridge. Leave to rest for 30 minutes to allow it to thicken.


Drizzle vegetable oil over a pan and turn on the heat. Pour the batter (14 crepes ) into the pan and cook for one minute until semi-cooked.


Flip the semi-cooked crepe with a spatula.


Cook the semi-cooked crepe for one minute.


Transfer to a serving plate.


Stop heating the pan.
