INGREDIENTS

  • 8 potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

TOOLS

  • 1 peeler
  • 1 knife
  • 1 baking tray
  • 1 oven

STEPS

Peel potatoes using a peeler.



Cut potatoes into 2-inch cubes.



Put cubed potatoes on a baking tray. Add cumin, kosher salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Combine all the ingredients to marinate the potatoes.



Preheat the oven to 400°F for 12-15 minutes.



Put the baking tray in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Take it out of the oven and turn off the heat.
