INGREDIENTS
- 10 ounce rotel tomatoes and chilies
- 15¼ ounce whole kernel corn
- 30 ounce black beans
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
TOOLS
- 1 colander
- 1 grater
- 1 saucepan
- 1 serving plate
- 1 wooden spoon
STEPS
Shred cheddar cheese with a grater.
Rinse and drain whole kernel corn in a colander.
Transfer the corn to a saucepan.
Rinse black beans in a colander.
In the same colander, drain the black beans.
Transfer black beans and rotel tomatoes and chilies to the saucepan. Turn on the heat and cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Transfer fiesta soup to a serving plate. Top with cheddar cheese and sour cream.
