INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cups vegetable oil

TOOLS

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 rack
  • 1 spoon

STEPS

In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt with a spoon. Add 1 cup of water until you have a dough. Knead the dough for 3 minutes before forming it into golf-size balls.


In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil. Fry the dough balls in the pan for 20 minutes, then drain the fried dumplings on a rack.
