INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 non-stick skillet
  • 1 wooden spoon

STEPS

Peel and chop the onion. Cut the potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.


Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet. Add the chopped onions and stir with a wooden spoon. Cook for 3 minutes. Then add the potato cubes and stir again with a wooden spoon.


Peel and chop the garlic.


Add the chopped garlic, fresh dill, oregano, cayenne pepper, and salt to the non-stick skillet. Stir with a wooden spoon and cook for 15 minutes. Then, stir again with a wooden spoon and remove from the heat.
