INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 ears corn on the cob
- ½ cup butter
TOOLS
- 1 saucepan
- 6 ziploc bags
- 1 dish towel
- 1 spoon
- 1 freezer
- 1 knife
STEPS
Heat 16 cups of water in a saucepan for 6 minutes. Add 1 tsp of salt and corn on the cob, then cook for 4 minutes. Turn off the heat to get cooked corn.
Transfer cooked corn to a dish towel to dry.
Cut corn on the cob and add butter to it.
Mix corn with a spoon until fully coated in butter.
Divide the corn coated with butter into ziploc bags and put them in the freezer for 60 minutes to get frozen corn.
