INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ lbs broccoli
  • 1½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 pan
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 lid

STEPS

Cut the broccoli into florets.


Put half a tablespoon of sesame oil in a bowl and add soy sauce, ground ginger, and brown sugar. Mix the ingredients together using a spoon to get a ginger mixture.


Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan. Stir in the broccoli florets with a wooden spoon. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir in the ginger mixture with a wooden spoon. Cook for 2 minutes with the lid on, then remove the lid and stir with a wooden spoon. Remove from the heat.


It’s ready to be served !
