INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 pan
  • 1 wooden spoon

STEPS

Rinse kale with cold water.


Peel onion and garlic, then chop them. Next, remove kale stems.


Warm olive oil in a pan. Add onion and cook for 8 minutes. Stir in garlic and kale. Cook for 10 minutes, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Stir until kale is caramelized, then remove from heat.
