  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 lemon

TOOLS

  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 fridge
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 cling film

STEPS

Zest a lemon with a zester and squeeze it with a squeezer.


Combine greek yogurt, sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl with a whisk. Cover the bowl with cling film and put it in the fridge to get lemon cream.
