INGREDIENTS

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 mango
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 half red onion
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 32 small pastry shells

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 squeezer

STEPS

Squeeze limes with a squeezer.


Chop red chili peppers and cilantro. Next, peel mangos and red onions, then chop them.


Combine red chili peppers, onions, leaves, mangos and limes juice in a bowl with a spoon. Add sweet chili sauce and half a tsp of salt and pepper, then mix to get a filling.


Divide the filling into small pastry shells.


It’s ready to be served !
