INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 oz arugula
  • 2 oz watercress
  • 2 oz spinach
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 3 oz walnut pieces
  • 5 oz blue cheese

TOOLS

  • 1 spoon
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 knife
  • 3 bowls
  • 1 platter

STEPS

Squeeze one orange with a squeezer to get orange juice. Peel the remaining orange and cut it into segments. Roughly chop the walnut pieces.


Place the blue cheese in a bowl and crumble it with a spoon.


Put the arugula, watercress, and spinach in a second bowl. Mix with a spoon to get a green mixture.


Put the orange juice, walnut oil, salt, and black pepper in a third bowl. Add the green mixture and mix with a spoon until well combined. Transfer to a serving platter. Top with the oranges segments, chopped walnut pieces, and crumbled blue cheese.
