INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 lbs potatoes
  • a third cup olive oil
  • three quarters tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • a quarter cup parmesan cheese

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 grater
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 oven
  • 1 baking sheet
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 serving plate
  • 1 spoon

STEPS

Cut potatoes into wedges, then chop parsley.

Shred parmesan cheese with a grater.

Combine olive oil, salt, wedged potatoes in a bowl. Mix with a spoon to get a potato mixture.

Preheat the oven to 425°F for 12-15 minutes and put a baking sheet in the oven for 5 minutes.

Take out the baking sheet from the oven. Transfer the potato mixture to the baking sheet. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes, shaking the baking sheet occasionally until the potatoes are cooked through, brown and crispy to get baked potatoes.

Transfer the baked potatoes to a serving plate. Sprinkle chopped parsley and shredded parmesan cheese to it.

It’s ready to be served !
