INGREDIENTS

 - 1 tsp salt
 - 4 potatoes
 - 1 tbsp garlic powder
 - 2 tsp onion powder
 - ½ tsp paprika
 - ½ tsp dried thyme
 - 1 tsp dried rosemary
 - 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
 - 4 tbsp olive oil

STEPS
Cut the potatoes into wedges.
Grate the parmesan cheese with a grater.
Place the grated parmesan cheese in a bowl. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix the ingredients with a spoon to get a seasoning mixture.
Lay the potato wedges skin-side down on a baking sheet. Scatter with the seasoning mixture and drizzle with the olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 400°F for 18 minutes.
Place the baking sheet in a hot oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Heat the oven to 450°F.
Bake for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven..
