INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz red cabbages
  • 3 carrots
  • ¾ oz parsley
  • 2 apples
  • 2 stick celery sticks
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 bamboo bowl
  • 1 wooden fork
  • 1 grater
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 whisk

STEPS

Shred the red cabbage using a grater.


Shred carrots coarsely using a grater.


Chop parsley. Slice apples and celery sticks .


Squeeze lemons using a squeezer to get lemon juice.


Put the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, apples slices, celery sticks slices, chopped parsley, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and sunflower seeds in a bamboo bowl. Stir with a wooden fork for two minutes.


Put olive oil, lemon juice, ground ginger and honey in a bowl. Whisk the contents for 2 minutes using a whisk to get an Italian dressing.


Pour the Italian dressing in the bamboo bowl. Stir for 2 minutes using a wooden fork.


It’s ready to be served !
