INGREDIENTS

  • 6 carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • three quarters tsp kosher salt
  • half tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • a quarter cup parsley

TOOLS

  • 1 peeler
  • 1 knife
  • 1 oven
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 mixing spoon
  • 1 roasting pan
  • 1 serving plate

STEPS

Peel the carrots with a peeler, then dice them.


Peel and mince the garlic. Chop the parsley.


Place the diced carrots in a bowl. Add the olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper and stir with a mixing spoon to get seasoned carrots.


Preheat the oven to 375°F for 16 minutes.


Place the seasoned carrots in a roasting pan. Bake for 45 minutes.


Add the minced garlic to the roasting pan and stir with a mixing spoon until well combined.


Put the roasting pan back in the oven for 15 minutes. Then turn off the heat and remove it from the oven.


Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
