INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1.5 cups tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onions
  • 2.3 cups vegetable broth
  • a quarter cup green bell peppers
  • a quarter cup red bell peppers
  • 4 oz green chili peppers

TOOLS

  • 1 mortar
  • 1 knife
  • 1 food processor
  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 lid

STEPS

Peel garlic.



Crush peeled garlic using a mortar and pestle.



Peel and chop the onion. Then, chop green bell peppers, red bell peppers, and green chili peppers.



Put tomatoes, vegetable broth, garlic and onion in a food processor. Mix everything together to get a tomato mixture.



Heat a saucepan and add vegetable oil to it. Add white rice and stir with a spoon for 2 minutes. Cover the saucepan using a lid then cook for 25 minutes. Remove the lid next add green, red bell peppers, and green chili peppers. Cook for 4 minutes then turn off the heat.



It’s ready to be served !
