INGREDIENTS

  • 18 oz potatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

TOOLS

  • 1 peeler
  • 1 knife
  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 oven
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 baking tray
  • 1 colander
  • 1 serving plate

STEPS

Peel potatoes with a peeler.


Cut the potatoes into halves.


Heat 3 cups of water in a saucepan and add halved potatoes. Cook for 20 minutes to get boiled potatoes.


Squeeze lemons with a squeezer.


Put lemon juice in a bowl.


Peel and mince garlic.


Combine minced garlic and ground turmeric in a bowl to get a mixed dressing.


Drain the boiled potatoes in a colander.


Combine the potatoes with the mixed dressing until full coated.


Put the coated potatoes in a baking tray and spread olive oil over it.


Preheat the oven to 425°F for 12-15 minutes.


Put the baking tray in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.


Turn off the heat to get roasted potatoes.


Transfer spiced and roasted potatoes to a serving plate.
