INGREDIENTS

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 10 oz spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp parsley

TOOLS

  • 1 oven
  • 2 baking sheets
  • 2 bowls
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 rolling pin
  • 1 cutter
  • 1 brush

STEPS

Peel and chop an onion. Then, chop spinach, and parsley.


Crack 1 egg in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp of water and whisk to get an egg mixture.


Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and whisk. Stir in feta cheese, spinach, onions, parsley, and half a tsp of black pepper to the bowl with a spoon to get a spinach cheese mixture.


Unfold sheets of puff pastry to get one large piece.


Roll out the puff pastry into a 12-inch square.


Cut rolled out puff pastry into 16 squares.


Divide spinach cheese mixture onto squared puff pastry. Brush half of the egg mixture on the corners of each square.


Fold squared puff pastry into triangles.


Put triangles of puff pastry on a baking sheet. Brush the other half of the egg mixture on top of each triangle with a brusher.


Preheat the oven to 390°F for 12-15 minutes.


Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.


Take the baking sheet out of the oven to get spinach and cheese samosa.
