INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 2 cups fruits juice
  • 2 tbsp rose water
  • 3 tbsp clarified butter
  • ¼ cup ground almonds
  • ¼ cup ground pistachios
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup candy-covered almonds
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1 lid

  • 1 spoon

STEPS

Combine fruits juice and rose water in a pan. Turn on the heay and cook for 2 minutes, then add couscous. Stir with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes, cover with a lid, then turn off the heat. Set it aside for 15 minutes before removing the lid from the pan. Next, fluff the couscous with a fork.


Put clarified butter in a bowl. Microwave the butter for 1 minute to get melted butter.


Put melted butter in a bowl, add ground almonds, ground pistachios, and a quarter of the cooked couscous. Mix well with a spoon to get a mixed nuts mixture.


Put cooked couscous in serving platter and sprinkle with mixed nuts mixture.


Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon in a bowl with a spoon.


Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon to the serving platter. Garnish with candy-covered almonds and pomegranate seeds.
