INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cucumbers
  • 4 tomatoes
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

TOOLS

  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 knife
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 spoon

STEPS

Finely chop the parsley with a knife. Peel and finely dice the onion.


Squeeze the lemon using a squeezer to get lemon juice.


Dice the cucumbers and tomatoes.


Put chopped parsley, diced onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes in a bowl. Mix the ingredients using a spoon. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and 1 tsp of salt to the bowl. Mix again.
