INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 slices cucumber
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 slices onion
  • 1 half avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp honey mustard dressing
  • 1 leaf lettuce

TOOLS

  • 1 toothpick
  • 1 knife
  • 1 toaster
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 serving plate

STEPS

Peel avocado, destone it and slice it.


Squeeze a lemon with a squeezer.


Toast bread in a toaster.


Add lemon juice to sliced avocados.


Spread 1 tsp of honey mustard dressing on one toasted bread. Add lettuce, sliced cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, and sliced avocados. Spread an additional 1 tsp of honey mustard dressing over the toppings and top it with the other slice of bread.


Pin the sandwich together with a toothpick and put the sandwich on a serving plate.
