INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp spearmint
- 2 tsp chives
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 4 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- ½ tsp garlic

- 1 jar
- 1 lid
- 1 knife
STEPS
Cut the tomatoes into slices (1/4-inch thick). Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Then chop the spearmint and chives.
Place the tomato slices and chopped onions on a platter. Sprinkle with salt. Scatter the chopped spearmint and chives on top.
Put the olive oil, red wine vinegar, yellow mustard, and chopped garlic in a jar. Cover with a lid and shake to get a vinaigrette. Then remove the lid.
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the platter.
