INGREDIENTS

  • An eighth tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup tahini
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp parsley

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 whisk

STEPS

Chop the parsley.


Squeeze the lemons with a squeezer to get lemon juice.


Peel and mince the garlic.


Place the minced garlic, tahini, plain yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Whisk until well blended, then sprinkle the chopped parsley on top.
