INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tbsp granulated sugar
 - 2 tsp baking powder
 - 1 tsp baking soda
 - 1 tsp basil
 - ½ tsp thyme leaves
 - ¼ tsp sage
 - ¼ cup butter
 - 1 cup monterey jack cheese
 - 1 egg
 - ½ cup yogurt
 - ½ cup whole milk
 - 2 tbsp poppy seeds

STEPS
Combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, basil, thyme leaves, and sage in a bowl with a spoon to get a flour mixture.
Put monterey jack cheese in a bowl. Crack eggs in the bowl, then add yogurt and whole milk. Mix with a spoon to get an eggs mixture.
Combine the eggs mixture and the flour mixture with a spoon to get a batter.
Pour the batter in a pan and sprinkle poppy seeds over it.
Preheat the oven to 390°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven to get herbs and cheese bread.
