INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ tsp ginger root
  • 1½ tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 half lemon

TOOLS

  • 1 grater
  • 1 cup glass
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 kettle
  • 1 teaspoon
  • 1 mug cup

STEPS

Squeeze the lemon with a squeezer to get lemon juice.


Grate the ginger root with a grater.


Put 2 cups of water in a kettle and boil the water for 2 minutes. Then turn off the kettle.


Place the grated ginger in a cup glass. Fill the cup glass with boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes.


Strain the contents of the cup glass into a mug cup with a strainer. Then add the granulated sugar and lemon juice. Stir with a teaspoon until well combined.


It’s ready to be served !
