INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cheese curds
- ½ cup pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 3 sheets puff pastry

- 1 food processor
- 1 bowl
- 1 spoon
- 1 tray
- 1 oven
- 1 serving plate
STEPS
Peel and chop an onion.
Combine cheese curds, pecans, eggs, soy sauce, and chopped onions in a food processor, then blitz to get a mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add rolled oats and breadcrumbs, then mix with a spoon to get a filling.
Cut puff pastry into strips.
Divide the mixture into puff pastry strips and roll them.
Cut rolled puff pastry into 5 pieces.
Put the rolled puff pastry in a tray.
Preheat the oven to 390°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the tray in the oven and bake for 15 minutes to get baked floury rolls.
Take the tray out of the oven and serve pecan sausage rolls on a serving plate.
