INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 lbs potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp thyme leaves
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

TOOLS

  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 oven
  • 1 casserole dish

STEPS

Crush rosemary.



In a casserole dish, place the potatoes. Stir in olive oil, thyme leaves, crushed rosemary, salt, and black pepper with a wooden spoon.



Preheat the oven to 450°F for 12-15 minutes.



Put the casserole dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
