INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cups oranges
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1½ cups strawberry yogurt
  • 2 cups sweetened frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana

TOOLS

  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 blender
  • 2 tall glasses

STEPS

Squeeze oranges with a squeezer.


Peel a banana.


Combine orange juice, banana, plain yogurt, strawberry yogurt, and sweetened frozen strawberries in a blender. Blend to get a strawberry mixture.


Divide the strawberry and orange smoothie into tall glasses.
