INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups watermelon
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

STEPS

Cut the watermelon into cubes. Slice the cucumbers and chop the jalapeno pepper.


Place the watermelon cubes, cucumber slices, and chopped jalapeno peppers in a bowl and mix with a spoon. Then add the red wine vinegar and salt. Mix again with a spoon until well combined.
