INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp butter
- 1½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1¼ cup whole milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 whisk
- 1 plate
- 1 frying pan
- 1 fish slice
STEPS
Put all purpose flour in a bowl. Add granulated sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda to the bowl and whisk for 2 minutes. Then pour in whole milk and whisk again for 2 minutes. Crack the eggs into the bowl and add vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Whisk for another 2 minutes to get a batter.
Heat a frying pan and grease it with butter. Pour the batter into the frying pan and cook for 2 minutes to get a semi-cooked pancake.
Flip the semi-cooked pancake using a fish slice.
Cook for 1 minute to get a cooked pancake. Then turn off the heat.
Transfer the cooked pancakes to a plate.
