INGREDIENTS

  • 0.66 cup frozen blueberries
  • half cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 bananas
  • half cup blueberry juice
  • 1 tbsp wheat germs

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 food processor
  • 1 glass cup

STEPS

Peel the banana.



Slice the banana.



Put frozen blueberries, vanilla yogurt, and banana slices into a food processor and blitz. Add blueberry juice, wheat germ, and sugar to the mixture. Blitz again for 2 minutes to get a blueberry mixture.



Transfer the blueberry smoothie to a glass cup.



It’s ready to be served !
