- 0.66 cup frozen blueberries
- half cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 bananas
- half cup blueberry juice
- 1 tbsp wheat germs
- 1 knife
- 1 food processor
- 1 glass cup
Peel the banana.
Slice the banana.
Put frozen blueberries, vanilla yogurt, and banana slices into a food processor and blitz. Add blueberry juice, wheat germ, and sugar to the mixture. Blitz again for 2 minutes to get a blueberry mixture.
Transfer the blueberry smoothie to a glass cup.
