INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 potatoes
- 2 tbsp margarine
- ½ cup corn flake crumbs
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 pinch chives
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 knife
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 bowl
- 1 oven
- 1 tea towel
- 1 platter
STEPS
Rinse the potatoes.
Dry the rinsed potatoes with a tea towel.
Chop the chives.
Put the dried potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over them.
Preheat the oven to 375°F for 16 minutes.
Put the baking sheet in the hot oven and bake for 45 minutes to get roasted potatoes. Then remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Put cornflake crumbs in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, margarine, and roasted potatoes to the bowl and mix for 2 minutes to get coated potatoes.
Transfer the coated potatoes to the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the hot oven and bake for 60 minutes to get baked potatoes. Then turn off the heat and remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Transfer the baked potatoes to a platter. Drizzle sour cream on top and scatter chopped chives on top.
