- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 3.25 cups bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.4 oz cooking spray
- 1 bread machine
- 1 board
- 1 bowl
- 1 baking tray
- 1 oven
- 1 clean towel
Put active dry yeast in bread machine. Add 3 cups of bread flour, salt, granulated sugar, rosemary, oregano, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1.5 cups of water to bread machine and turn on the dough cycle for 60 minutes until you have a dough consistency.
Put a quarter cup of bread flour on a board to get a floured surface.
Put dough in a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes to get a focaccia dough.
Spray half a bowl with cooking spray. Put focaccia dough in bowl and cover with a clean towel. Set aside for 30 minutes. Remove the towel from the bowl.
Knead the focaccia dough.
Put the focaccia dough in a floured surface and shape it into a rectangle (20 cm x 30 cm).
Spray half of a baking tray with cooking spray. Place a rectangle dough on the tray and set it aside for 60 minutes.
Dip a spoon in olive oil and make holes in the rectangle dough. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the top of the rectangle dough.
Heat oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit and let it run for five minutes to get the hot oven.
Put the baking tray in the hot oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
